Life-changing natural remedies for allergy sufferers

Every year, with the arrival of spring, skin and respiratory allergies tend to stage a comeback. In the last thirty years, the number of allergy sufferers has been multiplied by a factor of four! If you are one of these many sufferers, before resorting to chemical antihistamines (which often cause drowsiness) or cortisone (which can be damaging to your body), try following the simple rules of dietetics, combined with an intake of trace elements. You’ll soon discover that there is a natural prescription against allergies.

For breakfast, prepare oat porridge using non-dairy milk, which will boost your immune system and your body’s responsiveness against allergies.

Follow the simple rules of dietetics.

If you’re experiencing an acute allergic phase, switch to a very light diet for 1 or 2 days, drinking fruit juice and vegetable stock for example – you want to avoid overloading your pancreas.
Use a centrifugal juicer to make carrot, black radish, cabbage, turnip, and dandelion juices. Prepare watercress and nettle soups. You can also try doing a grape diet.
For breakfast, prepare oat porridge using non-dairy milk, which will boost your immune system and your body’s responsiveness against allergies. Avoid sugar at all costs, cooked fats, charcuterie, chocolate, alcohol, tobacco, spices and dairy products.

Use this natural anti-allergy prescription.

Rule 1: Take 1 phial of manganese trace element for 2 weeks before the period when you’re the most prone to allergic reactions.

Rule 2: Prepare herbal tea with blackberry leaves (Rubis Fruticosus) – its astringent effect works well on ENT mucous membranes, particularly in case of hay fever.

You can also ask your pharmacist to prepare Rubis Fruticosus as mother tincture or concentrated bud glycerol macerate:
– Children: 1 drop / 1 kg (2.2 lbs)
– Adults: 25, 50 or 100 drops 3 times a day for 3–10 days depending on weight and intensity of the symptoms
(Always refer to your pharmacist first)
