In addition to authoring best-selling books about yoga and healthy eating, Stiles has been busy jet setting across the globe, bringing her Strala Yoga Empire with her.

Tara Stiles needs no introduction. This model-turned-yogini has turned the international yoga industry upside down – literally, she has men and women of all shapes and sizes walking on their hands all over the world. In addition to authoring best-selling books about yoga and healthy eating, uploading yoga sequences to her popular YouTube channel and running her Strala HQ in New York City, Stiles has been busy jet setting across the globe, bringing her Strala Yoga Empire with her. Even though she is often on a plane, she always manages an effortless glow, so we asked her all about her tips for traveling with ease.
