This one-of-a-kind adventure experience embraces local culture, kayaking, sail boating, biking and hiking.
Yoga will be mixed in between adventures making this an inspirational and rejuvenating experience.
2. Sail Yoga | August 16-22 | Bocas Del Toro
Get ready for sunrise and sunset yoga all while aboard a blue-water sailboat. Local and healthy food served daily and all drinks are included!
