Healthy Cooking at Your Fingertips

A collection of the best apps to use in the kitchen

In the last decade, technology invaded our lives. With our phones we can receive calls, emails, read novels, listen to music and much more; virtually anytime, anywhere.

We can also track our health and lifestyle through apps that count steps, calories, and hours slept. Every aspect of our routines now have an online support system that can help us stay on track with our health, helping us keep up with our fitness goals through beauty tips or motivational quotes.

Our phones and tablets are now playing an important role in our kitchen too!

They support healthy living, helping us cook delicious and creative meals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, stay healthy, or cook for a picky family, you can now find inspiration on your phone. You can pick your recipes, send your partner the shopping list, or get it delivered.

I also love to browse recipes for the holidays that are a crowd pleaser but still healthy and delicious. I don’t need to stress about cooking family meals in advance

BWB had a look at the apps available out there and was eager to share our favorite ones for every kind of chef!
