We caught up with her before she jet off to Milan Fashion Week. This is what she had to share…
Eliza Krpoyan: What is your morning routine?
I wake up early (or I try to!) and either go to yoga or dive right into emails. Then I get ready for whatever meetings or events I have that day.
What are your five go-to products?
Mac lipgloss in “C-Thru”, Bobbi Brown “Bali” Bronzer, Revlon “Lash Potion” mascara, Nars “Via Appia” eyeliner, and Bobbi Brown “Mahogany” eyeshadow for my brows.
Is there one product you cannot live without?
All of the above! But particularly my nude lipgloss. I don’t like to wear color on my lips so the Mac lipgloss is perfect.
What is your beauty mantra?
Be as natural as possible!
Makeup should enhance your features not cover them up.
What do you do to stay in shape?
Yoga, running, spin.
Do you have a favorite work out class?
I like Soul Cycle but can’t bring myself to pay for regular classes!
I belong to Equinox and enjoy their yoga classes.
Favorite healthy food place?
Taim or Bluestone Lane.
Do you have any tips for a healthier work environment?
Keep a box of almonds and cashews near your desk. I like to always have an avocado and banana around because they’re so filling.
Is there a product you recommend for the office?
Evian spray and L’Occitane’s divine cream are great moisturizers.
What are some of your favorite fall products?
It’s always nice to switch things up and do blush instead of bronzer in the fall/winter. I like Nars “Orgasm.”
Any special restaurants you like to go in NYC during the fall?
Freemans is so cozy and the spinach artichoke dip is to die for!
Max is a tiny Italian restaurant in Tribeca with incredible homemade pasta.
Waverly Inn is next door to me and super romantic – ideal date night spot.
Any fall activities you’re looking forward to?
I always love pumpkin picking and then placing the pumpkins all over my apartment.
Baking festive things like pumpkin bread, coffee cake, and apple pie is fun too!
