BWB: What is the inspiration for most of your projects?
I love people! I look for projects and businesses that will benefit as many people as possible.
BWB: What makes an effective leader?
A leader needs to have vision and passion. It is important to always be considerate with your team and use charisma to make the team feel part of the success.
BWB: How to stay creative?
This comes naturally – I feel like I am always creating.
BWB: What do you love most about NYC?
I love its constant ability to surprise me in the most unexpected ways.

BWB: Your beauty routine?
I start my morning beauty routine by washing my face with Clé de Peau Beauté gentle cleansing foam using my Clarisonic brush. Then I use Clé de Peau Beauté intensive eye contour cream. I finish by using Shiseido Bio Performance Advanced Super Restoring Cream.
During the summer, I use La Roche-Posay daily antioxidant sunscreen serum and wash my face with their EFFACLAR purifying foaming gel which is my secret weapon for breakouts. Finally, at night, I do the same routine but use Super-C Serum from Skin Authority.
BWB: Perfect Outfit?
Flare jeans and a white blouse paired with Prada heels and an Hermes belt. I would accessorize with string necklaces and a gold choker. No handbag but a chic clutch.
BWB: Must have skincare products?
Darphin Nourishing Satin Oil with red ginger. Trish McEvoy mascara, Clé de Peau Beauté concealer, Shiseido UV Protective Powder, Chanel lip gloss and Trish McEvoy blush.

I use kiwi mask before I get on a plane so my skin stays hydrated. I always have hand cream with me.
