Oven baked apple with cinnamon

Ingredients
4 apples
4 TSP of bio fresh butter
4 pinches of cinnamon
4 TSP of agave syrup (instead if sugar) or dark honey
1 little chunk of butter for the pan
Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to Th.7 (200°C or 390°F).
Wash and dry the apples.
Core them so that you’ll get a hole at the center of each apple. Lightly prick the apple on its surface.
Butter a dish and place the apples on the dish.
Put butter in each of the holes along with a pinch of cinnamon and sprinkle 1TSP of agave syrup or dark honey.
Bake in the oven for about 30 min. Serve warm.
Spiced applesauce

Baking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
4 apples (preferably bio)
5 cardamom pods
Cinnamon
Agar-agar
Preparation
Cut and quarter the apples without peeling or coring them.
Cook the apples on medium heat with a little bit of water, cinnamon and 5 cardamom pods.
As soon as the fruit becomes soft, use a mixer to mash them, then use a strainer. Place the mixture back on high heat and add some agar-agar.
Mix and let cool down. .
